How to get a new password on your mobile device
If you attempt to log in but get an 'incorrect password' error....
- Tap on the ‘forgot password’ area on the login screen
- The forgot password area will appear if your login has failed
- You will receive an email with instructions, and a link that will let you reset your password
- If you do not receive your email check your spam folder and add info@mail.paltalkpeople.com to your 'safe senders list'.
Click on the ‘reset your password’ link in the email that you receive. You will then be taken to a web page where you can enter a new password. Confirm your new password and then tap or click on the ‘continue’ button on the page. Your password should 12 characters or less, and should contain letters and numbers.
