Eject a disruptive person from a chat room.
If you are administrator in a chat room you may 'bounce' or eject a person from the room if they become disruptive.
To bounce a user from the room, right click on their user name and select 'bounce' from the menu that appears, then select a reason for the bounce from the sub-menu.
The user will be ejected from the room for a period of 24 hours. After that they are free to return. If you feel they need a more permanent restriction you may want to use the 'ban function' instead (available on the admin console).
Once you have bounced a user from the room, you may change your mind and want to un-bounce them. You can do this from the 'admin console'
To access the admin console click on the menu icon at the upper right of the chat room window (it looks like 3 horizontal lines). Now select 'show admin console' from the menu that appears.
Click on 'bans & bounces' in the blue header of the admin console window. Now click on the 'bounced 'tab' near the top of the window. The list of users bounced from the room will show in the list view.
If you want to 'un-bounce' a person, hover over their name in the list, and click on the 'X' that appears to the left of their name. The bounce will be removed and the user will be able to re-join the room.
You can also use the 'clear all bounces' button (seen under the list view) to remove all bounces at the same time.
