Please be advised that if you choose a 3 (three) month subscription your Paltalk subscription WILL be renewed automatically and your credit/debit card will be billed automatically at the end of the then current subscription period.  Annual (12 month) and 6 (six) month subscriptions do NOT auto-renew.

A.V.M. Software, Inc. is not responsible for any charges or expenses that you may incur (e.g for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.) resulting from charges billed by A.V.M. Software, Inc. We will notify you BY EMAIL prior to charging your credit/debit card; therefore, it is essential that you supply a valid email address and check any email that you may receive from A.V.M. Software or Paltalk.com. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by clicking on "cancel link" in the email sent to you. In the event that your subscription period is no longer offered (e.g., you subscribed for a six month period and a six month subscription is no longer offered), we will renew your subscription for the shortest term then offered that is closest in duration to the term for which you subscribed (e.g., if six months subscriptions are no longer offered, your account would be renewed for a one month term and you would be billed for a one month subscription).
