This area is where you may set your level of privacy.

select 'preferences' from the 'setup' menu on the main 'pal list window'

You can allow contact from anyone, text from anyone but calls from your pals only, or restrict all form of contact  to your pals only.

If you 'block' a user they will never be able to contact you in any way. To remove someone from your block list select their name in this window and then press the 'remove' button.

You should always use the block feature to rid yourself of bothersome users. Paltalk will not ban users of they are harassing you if you do not use this feature. If you continue to be harassed by a user who changes nicknames frequently for the express purpose of harassment, then and only then will Paltalk officials get involved.
