If you do not wish to use your credit card on our secure payment site, you can use the PayPal option. PayPal is a large online payment system that is accepted at most major web sites for online transactions.

You must have a PayPal account in good standing to use this feature!

You must sign first up for an account with PayPal if you do not have an active one now. Please be aware that PayPal requires a bank account / credit card account to setup a PayPal account.

Please be advised that even though the names seem to be similar, Paltalk and PayPal are separate and unrelated business entities and Paltalk cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between you and PayPal.

Step 1
be sure you are logged into Paltalk with the nickname you want to pay for

once you pay for the nickname you are stuck with it

Paltalk will not change nicknames or move subscriptions for any reason

Step 2
go to your main 'pal list window' and select 'upgrade to get video' from the 'file' menu

a browser will open and you will be automatically logged into our secure payment site

Step 3
select 'Payment using PayPal' from the selection of payment options available on the secure payment page

a new page will open on your browser with the PayPal payment form your nickname is pre-populated on the form

Step 4
select the subscription you wish to purchase from the list available on the PayPal payment form

Step 5
enter your registered PayPal email address into the text entry box on the PayPal payment form

Step 6
Review the form carefully and correct any errors BEFORE you go to the next step! Avoiding mistakes now will assure that your subscription will be activated with minimal delay.

Step 7
press the 'submit' button on the PayPal payment form

Your subscription will start as soon as we receive your payment ( when money is cleared from your account ) through PayPal

This process can take several days. If you feel something has gone wrong or it has taken far too long for your subscription to be activated please contact Paltalk before you initiate a dispute about charges with PayPal.

PayPal verification requirements
We do not accept payment from PayPal accounts which are not verified, and the address is not confirmed. Please get a verified PayPal account at www.paypal.com then login into http://my.Paltalk.com and pay here.

see incomplete PayPal transactions if you had paid and waited a reasonable amount of time, but have received no subscription
